Maybe it's my diverse background in Psychology, and my previous nomad lifestyle or maybe it's in my gregarious genes, but I love humanity and understanding perspective. I STRONGLY believe that no matter your age, experience, or walk of life, everyone has something VALUABLE inside them that the world needs to see.

Growing up in Florida, then stepping out of my comfort zone and living in Central America and then California, I have made my home in Colorado. Whether it be working on a recording project as a touring musician, pushing clients to their peak performance as a fitness coach or drawing up new creative ways to design buildings as a land developer, I'm ALWAYS growing professionally in unique ways.
